Free Expedited Order Processing

Now, you can enjoy free expedited order processing. When you place your order before 3PM Monday through Friday or prior to 1PM on Saturday, your order will ship the same day ( when USPS service is selected).

Also, those orders that qualify for free shipping will ship via USPS Priority during the holiday season for faster delivery of your order.

Please be aware that some large orders may ship out the following business day. If this is the case then we will contact you and make you aware of the situation.

COVID-19 Update

During the shelter in place requirements and lockdown of businesses throughout the United States, Soft Bebe was previously prepared with placing essential staff to work remotely.

Most orders will be processed without delay. It may be necessary to ship orders out the following business day, but we expect this to be a rare occurrence. If an order will require the single-day delay, we will attempt to contact you via phone. If we are unable to reach you through a phone call, we will email you with the updated status.
